Cardio Tennis blends fitness devices, music, and specialized equipment to provide a full-body aerobic workout. Each session consists of a warm-up, a 30-50 minute high-intensity workout phase, and a cool-down. In a 60-minute session, women can burn up to 500 calories, and men up to 800 calories!
